SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What is the shipping origin for orders?
All products are shipped from our partner warehouse, IronLinx Fulfillment, located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is always $5.95 for orders under $39.95. For orders over $39.95, shipping and handling is free!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping time usually takes 1-5 business days, depending on your address.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Can I exchange broken or incorrect items?
Of course! Please reach out via Facebook Messenger or send us an email at support@celestialsense.co and a support representative will gladly assist. Any customer who receives a damaged product will be granted a replacement plus a free bracelet for the inconvenience.
Can I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via Facebook Messenger.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on sale items or discontinued items. These items are final sale.
